About the bots
What is an AI bot?
A bot is a helper that runs inside an app, like HighLevel or ChatGPT. It does one job, like texting people back or following up on quotes.
Are the bots ready yet?
Not yet. All six bots are coming soon. Tap Get notified on the bots page to hear when one is ready.
What apps do the bots work with?
Five bots work with HighLevel, an app for your customer list, texts and calls. The Estimate Helper works with ChatGPT and Claude.
Setting up
Do I need to be good with tech?
No. Each bot will come with easy steps. Or Brandloc can set it up for you.
What do I need to use a bot?
For most bots, you need a HighLevel account. Texting and phone bots also need a phone number in it. The Estimate Helper only needs a ChatGPT or Claude account.
Why does texting need a phone check?
Phone companies want to know who is sending texts. So business texting needs a one-time phone check, called A2P. It can take a few days.
Done for you
Can someone set up the bots for me?
Yes. Brandloc sets up your bots and connects them to your phone and apps. Then Brandloc tests them to check that they work.
How much does done-for-you cost?
Brandloc will give you a clear price on the free call. It is month to month.
What do I need to do for done-for-you?
Answer a few questions and okay the messages. Give Brandloc access to your HighLevel, or let Brandloc set one up. Brandloc handles the phone check, with a little paperwork from you.
Who is Brandloc?
Brandloc is a marketing company for contractors. It builds websites and lead systems, and it runs Blue Collar Bots. Brandloc also uses and sells HighLevel.
The tool list
What is the tool list?
It is a free list of AI tools for contractors. Each tool shows what it does and what it costs.
How are the tools checked?
Brandloc takes each price from the company's own price page. Each tool shows the day it was checked. Brandloc has not tested the tools hands-on yet.
Why is HighLevel not on the tool list?
Brandloc uses and sells HighLevel. To keep the list fair, HighLevel is not on it. Nobody pays to be on the list.
Rules and safety
Who can the texting bots text?
They only text people who called you, asked for a quote, or are your customers. Anyone can reply STOP to stop the texts.
Will callers know they are talking to a bot?
Yes. The After-Hours Phone bot says it is a virtual assistant. It can also say the call may be recorded.
How should I ask for Google reviews?
Ask every customer the same way. Never ask only the happy ones. Never offer gifts for reviews.
Does the Estimate Helper set my prices?
No. It makes a list of the work from your notes. You add your prices and check it all before you send it.
