What it does.
When a job is done, the bot sends your customer a short thank-you. It includes your Google review link.
It can send a text or an email. It asks every customer the same way.
You don't have to remember to ask. You don't have to hunt for your link.
Your customer taps the link. Then they write the review in their own words.

Add your link.
Put your Google review link in the bot. You only do this once.
Finish the job.

It asks every customer the same way. It never asks only the happy ones.
It never offers gifts, money or discounts for a review. Google does not allow that.
The bot never writes or posts a review. Your customers write their own.
Texting rules
It only texts your own customers. They can reply STOP to stop.
Business texting needs a one-time phone check (A2P). It can take a few days. Email does not need it.

Will this get me more Google reviews?
No one can promise that. The bot makes sure every customer gets asked. Each customer decides if they write one.
Can it ask only my happy customers?
No. It asks every customer the same way. Google says not to ask only happy customers.
Where do I find my Google review link?
Open your Google Business Profile. Look for the button to ask for reviews. Copy the link it gives you.
