Idea for contractors · SalesQuote a yard job by talking to Claude with Platy

What happened

Platy, an app for lawn care and landscaping crews, showed on Oct 24 that you can quote a job by talking to Claude. You say what the work is, and Claude prices it from your own rates, crew pay and material costs. If it needs one more detail, like crew size, it asks. Then it saves a draft quote in Platy. Nothing goes to the customer until you send it.

How a contractor could use it

If you run your yard jobs in Platy, connect it to Claude and try it on your next walk. Talk through the job while you stand in the yard. Then open the draft, check every line and send it from Platy.

Added 2026-11-01. Check any tool's price and terms on its own site before you use it.

Update this whole deck for [company name]. Use our colors [colors] and one font for all titles. Cut it to 8 slides or less: who we are, our work, how a job goes, what customers say, and how to reach us. Keep my facts as they are. Do not add prices, numbers or promises that are not in the deck now.
